This project did not fit the sterotypical mold of licensed games when it came to the creative freedom the license holder, Kevin
Eastman gave us. He allowed us to craft the game we wanted to which helped to make this project a lot of fun to develop.
Unfortunately the general gaming public wasn't very aware of the Heavy Metal franchise which didn't help our sales. However,
many of these levels are my favorites from my older work. This title was much more polished and tested than Sin, and along with a
creative 2 handed weapon system made this a pretty fun game.
We started development with a focus more towards a console release than PC - on the Dreamcast. However as development went on it
became obvious that the platform was not destined for a long, large installed base life.
In addition to the level design work, I authored many of the world surface material shaders and acted as a tools programmer enhancing
our version of Radiant (the Quake 3 engine editor).
Maps can be loaded directly from the developer console of the PC version. Once the game is loaded you may toggle the console
